Drama workshops

all about Qultura Fringe drama workshops

As we move out of COVID later in the year we intend to restart out drama workshops at the ROSE Community Centre in Nine Elms. Participation in these drama workshops will be open to everyone in the local community and will be completely free of charge. As before these drama workshops will be held on a weekday evening from 8pm onwards.

As some people in the local community have requested we are also willing to run drama workshops for young people and teenagers, which will be run by professional actors, but are awaiting to agree the final details on these plans with Wandsworth Council.

All Qultura Fringe workshops are based on Qultura methodology and a fully participant centred system which was first developed by Stella Baker in Warsaw at the start of the century and which was later developed on at the Old Vic in London and through workshops involving the homeless. These workshops are an excellent way of developing mindfulness, discipline, having fun, and making friends.

We plan to develop regular drama workshops from mid-autumn 2021 in line with the opening of the new Battersea Power Station tube and we invite you to register your interest below.
